First Goal: To disseminate Anti-Corruption Law and Relevant Laws to improve public awareness to reduce corruption offences and opportunities
- To organize awareness raising on the Anti-Corruption Law and related laws;
- To train focal persons within public ministries and institutions and private establishments;
- To disseminate Anti-Corruption Law and relevant laws through state and private media;
- To disseminate Anti-Corruption Law and relevant laws at state ministries and institutions, private establishments and places which are vulnerable to corruption.
Work Performance Indicators
- There is a program to disseminate Anti-Corruption Law and relevant laws in early 2011;
- Trainings for focal persons within public ministries and institutions and private establishments will have been conducted by end of the first semester of 2011;
- Dissemination of Anti-Corruption Law and relevant laws through state and private media will take place once a week;
- Dissemination of Anti-Corruption Law and relevant laws at state ministries and institutions, private establishments and places which are vulnerable to corruption will have been done by late 2011.
Second Goal: To provide and disseminate anti-corruption related information to increase awareness and encourage public engagement in prevention and anti-corruption
- Develop and implement community education program and public forums
- Establish and practice the follow-up programs and effective assessment for the community oriented educational programs
- Design, create, print, broadcast, and distribute educational materials (leaflet, bulletins, banners, etc.)
- Create website of the Anti-Corruption Unit
- Cooperate with the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports and various educational institutions for delivering lectures
- Establish a museum of Anti-Corruption

- Community oriented educational programs and public forums for the first quarter of 2011
- Monitor the effectiveness of the follow-up programs and effective assessment for the community educational programs on an annual basis
- Educational materials are available for dissemination and distribute to all citizens at all provinces and municipalities
- Website of the Anti-Corruption Unit will be running by the end of 2011
- Having a museum of Anti-Corruption Unit by the end of 2011
Third Goal: To integrate the study curriculum in relation to corruption in order to boost the spirit and morals from primary level to tertiary level
Main activities
- Cooperate with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports to prepare the educational curriculum which include the Anti-Corruption contents
- Prepare to print the educational materials and training courses for the trainers of Anti-Corruption
- Follow up and effective assessment of this program

Fourth Goal: To publicly disseminate the messages of Anti-Corruption through multimedia and through Civil Society Organizations
Main Activities
- Workshop to disseminate the Anti-Corruption messages with the Journalists community and the Civil Society Organizations
- Create TV Spots, texts for dissemination of messages against corruption through multimedia (Television channels, radios, newspaper, magazines, internet etc..)
- Produce a Talk Show and Film series with the contents of Anti-Corruption to be broadcasted on radios, TV Channels and create CD, VCD, and DVD
- Cooperate with the art performers (musicians, comedians, long-handled guitar show etc) to include the educational messages of preventing corruption.

- Having this workshop before the national workshop on Anti-Corruption
- Having the messages of Anti-Corruption through multimedia before 2015
- Having a Talk Show and Film series at least one film a year at the latest at the end of 2015
- There are art performance for provincial and municipal communities which are prong to corrupt practices before mid 2011 and further
Fifth Goal: To prepare the Contest and Round Table Discussions on Anti-Corruption to motivate the support of the public on integrity
Main Activities
- Arrange the Contest (Debates, Poets writing, Slogans, Short stories, Paintings, etc...) at provincial and municipal levels and for the national contest which will be conducted at the municipality
- Round Table Discussions on radio, TV channels, inviting the government officials, Civil Society Organizations, and legal persons to participate

Sixth Goal: Having the National Anti-Corruption Day and prepare a special event on that day to expand and strengthen the spirit of Anti-Corruption to the public
Main Activities
- Request to create the National Anti-Corruption Day
- Observe this event by preparing special activities throughout the municipalities and provinces
